Room Hire

All rooms come with a whiteboard and screen and have access to a shared kitchen facility.  Half day hirage is 8am-12pm, 12.30pm-4.30pm or 5pm-9pm.  A full day covers 2 half days including such times as 11am-1pm.  There is a $5.00 fee for cancellation within 5 working days and a $10.00 fee for no prior notice of cancellation. All rates below are inclusive of GST unless invoiced.

Kauri Room - The Big Room
TV & Video. A big light airy room. Room for 60 + people. Ideal for workshops, guest speakers, conferences, meetings, seminars, wananga etc.
 - Half day $45  [Community] or $60  [Business]
 - Full day $100 [Community] or $120 [Business]
 

Rata Room - Activity Room
Adjacent to Kauri Room. Can be used as a buffet room or an extension to the Kauri Room. Room for 12 people. Suitable for meetings and audio conferences.
 - Half day $20 [Community & Business]
 - Full day  $40 [Community & Business]
 

Seminar Room - Self Contained Room
Separate building situated next to REAP Community Learning Centre. Fully self-contained with toilet and kitchen facilities. Room for 20 people.
 - Half day $20 [Community] or $37.50 [Business]
 - Full day  $40 [Community] or $75 [Business]
