Workshop Description:

In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of gardening, and then how to use portable gardens where it is not possible to have in-ground gardening. Perfect for renters who want to create a garden but do not have the capacity to do so.

Learning Outcomes: Learners will:

• learn the basics of kai gardening in the Far North, including what plants will do well up here

• learn the different types of portable gardens available to create

• learn about co-planting and how to plant a variety of plants that will grow in a small space together
