About Hacking The Teenage Brain
This is an interactive workshop on the teenage brain where you will learn about the specific changes that occur in the brain during adolescence and how you can help a young person navigate these crucial years by understanding the power and purpose of the teenage brain. We will deep dive into brain re-modelling, emotions, risk-taking, judgement, hormones, mental health, sleep, stress, and digital addiction.
We will take time to understand the stress response system, nervous system regulation and also learn about the Polyvagal Theory and how you can apply this in your workspace.
