Build your confidence using modern technology in this practical and easy-to-follow 3-hour workshop. Designed for beginners and those wanting to strengthen their digital skills, this session breaks down common computer and internet terminology into simple, everyday language.

You will learn the difference between web browsers and apps, how cloud storage systems like Google Drive and iCloud work, and how free online storage is used. The workshop also explores important online safety topics, helping you recognise scams, suspicious links, and fake websites so you can use the internet with greater confidence.

Participants will also be introduced to the concept of digital legacy, gaining an understanding of what happens to online accounts and personal information in the future and why planning is important.

This workshop is hands-on, practical, and supportive, providing a safe learning environment where you can ask questions, build your knowledge, and feel more confident navigating the digital world.
