Common questions asked for Adult Community Education Workshops:

Can my children come with me?

Unfortunately, as consideration for the other learners, we do not allow children to attend our courses and workshops; however, sometimes we make exceptions. If you feel your request is reasonable, email the ACE manager to discuss your situation.

Are your courses and workshops accredited?

No, we can write a confirmation letter if required, but our courses do not accumulate NZQA credits.

How do I register for a course or workshop?

Navigate to the Courses | Event tab. Click on the View More button under the course you want to register for. The registration link is under the description.

What if I register for an ACE course and make the payment but don’t attend? Can I get a refund?

Yes, we are happy to refund any course fee if you have not attended. You will need to send us an email to: lolag@farnorthreap.org.nz to request a refund.

If I register for a course but don’t attend, can I still register for the course at a later time?

Yes, you can re-enrol anytime.
